I have a managed dedicated server hosted at Gigenet for more than 3 years. I am very happy with the quality of the service provided by Gigenet.
The server runs a production web system. I hardly remember any downtimes or network problems during the years. Gigenet's support was very responsive and efficient. I recommend them as a dedicated hosting provider. However, their prices are quite high. And when using a 3 year old server, I would expect the monthly charge to be reduced and not remain the same as a the price of a new server. Blog posts
