If you value your business and uptime DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give these people your business. They are hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I've worked with some bad ones. They claim 24/7 service but all that is is an online chat that just feeds you scripted answers and claims they will "escalate the issue" which obviously never happens. As I write this, I have been waiting 2 days for someone to respond to me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME. I have never regretted giving a company my business as much as I regret this decision.
I would like everyone to know that I have absolutely no bias. I am not in the hosting industry or anything like that. I am a website owner and that is my business. I made the mistake of trusting this company to do the right thing and provide me with a tiny bit of support and over 24 hours later, they still haven't even attempted to assist me. Blog posts

Here is the big question: Should we run our own community forum or should we not ?
The 2 challenges are:
1) Can we get enough moderators to maintain the forum posts ON TIME. For this we will need help from the actual mocha fans - a group of couple folks would be enough for the beginning while the forum is not as big however that can easily get out of control
2) We are not 100% convinced how would this benefit directly the clients looking for immediate help. We are concern that clients may get more frustrated if they are posting messages on the forum instead of going through the propper support channel (ticket system) and don't get the proper or timely attention on their problem. On the other side tighting the proper support personnel on our end with the forum could be also challenging and may introduce more problems then benefits and ultimately degradate our support - which we can NOT afford.
We are focued on building a strong community and we are certain that we will get our forum soon - we just want to make sure that the job is done properly.
For now please use our FAQ area at http://www.mochahost.com/faq to look for answers. In addition please post your comments in the "FAQ feedback" section of this blog for any articles which you would like listed in the FAQ.
If you have any feedback on these or would like to become a moderator please post your comments and we will get back to you.
